Custom Synthesis
Delivering products made to customers’ specification represents a significant part of SunaTech’s business. With experienced chemists performing complex and multi-step synthesis, SunaTech offers syntheses of simple small molecules and complex compounds of quantities ranging from milligrams to kilograms at competitive prices in a timely manner. This may involve the following steps.

Fee-for-Service Project
Fee-for-Service (FFS) mode is currently applied to the R&D of bioanalytical methods involving the use of SunaTech’s proprietary reagents (such as SunaTag™) for labeling antibodies or proteins based on customers’ requirements.

  • Raynergy Tek believes that going beyond 11% efficiency using halogenated free ink is an important step forward for both the company and the green energy industry

      Raynergy Tek has announced that their latest developed organic photovoltaics (OPV) donor Polymer [PV5001] which required non-halogen formulation component has achieved "world record" Power Conversion Efficiency of 11.51% using inverted device architecture.
      The devices were independently certified in Taiwan Enli Tech. Optoelectronic Calibration Lab. on June 15th 2016, an established agency approved under TAF.
      This new result from Raynergy Tek has been demonstrated by its continuous progress from 10% to more than 11.5% efficiency using fully green ink formulation.
      The active layer of PV5001 is >250nm in film thickness for excellent proccessability, optimised for absorption up to 800nm of visible wavelength and processed at low temperature of <120°C which is fully compatible to flexible substrates.

    According to Raynergy Tek recent public known certified high PCE of >11% materials are either required chlorinated solvents due to solubility issue or required additives like 1,8- Diiodooctane (DIO), which comprises of halogen to achieve best morphology for high efficiency demonstration.
    Upscaling of PV5001 is underway and sampling should be soon started to industrial customers for modules demonstration in July 2016.

  • The 24th International Conference on Science and Technology of Synthetic Metals (ICSM2016),organized by the South China University of Technology, was held at the Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center in Guangzhou, China, from June, 26th to July, 1st, 2016. SunaTech Inc. participated the conference and the exhibition as a materials supplier.
    ICSM is the longest-running conference series in the field of conducting and semiconducting organic materials started in 1976. Now ICSM has become the premiere venue for discussion of the latest developments in the areas of organic electronics and photonics, from synthesis to characterization, computational modeling, device fabrication, and real-world applications. At ICSM 2016, an interdisciplinary group of physicists, chemists, material scientists, and device engineers were gathered and presented their new developments in this fast growing research fields, including Nobel laureate, Professor A. J. Heeger, the OLED inventor, Professor Ching W. Tang, the TADF OLED inventor, Professor Chihaya Adachi, the PLED inventor, Professor  R. Friend, the DSSC and perovskite solar cell inventor, Professor Michael Grätzel, etc.
    SunTech Inc., as a R&D intensive company and organic electronic materials supplier, was invited to attend the conference and exhibition. During the conference, many attendees visited our exhibition booth and shew strong interests on our materials and intermediates for OPV, OLED, OTFT, etc. We were happy to meet and have a good talk with many domestic and oversea customers.
